Terrific nikuman in Kobe's Chinatown

Peter Lin   - 1 min read

For a great snack while walking through Nankinmachi (Kobe's Chinatown) stop by at Rosyoki, a famous store specializing in butaman, a Chinese savory steamed pork-filled bun. The store is easily identified by the line outside the door, but don't worry, it moves fast. The juicy, flavorful butaman can be purchased in a pack of three or more. Rosyoki is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. If Monday is a public holiday it's still open, but it will be closed the following day instead.
