This past Saturday was beautiful and sunny, so we ventured to Yamato, Kanagawa for my favorite antique sale.

Yamato's monthly antique sale is the best place to buy traditional crafts and art, kimonos, stoles and furs, unique handmade bags and clothes, silk yarn, furniture, books, records, magazines, Manga collectibles and so much more.

The sale happens on the third Saturday of the month. Over 200 vendors set up shop from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Yamato station is centrally located in Kanagawa and an easy 20 minute train ride from Yokohama.
