“GOOD LIFE FACTORY” is a new salad bar opened by Global Dining with the creative concept of serving “Farm to Table” cuisine. Only using locally produced vegetables and ingredients, eight kinds of salad are specially designed for your choice.
The moment you step into GOOD LIFE FACTORY you are immediately immersed into the organic and soothing decor which connects you with the concept of nature that the restaurant is going after. You will find the salad and juice bar next to the entrance and the open-kitchen design allows you to observe the whole process of how salad bowls and slow juices are created. Chefs here at the open-kitchen are constantly combining, mixing and garnishing the salads similar to a healthy version of a fast food assembly line.
The menu is quite customizable. The simple yet straightforward menu gives you plenty of options to either build your own salad bowl or to choose from the eight existing options. Basic bowls start from 980￥, for which you can choose your own base (from greens, quinoa mix and enzyme brown rice), additions (a variety of vegetables and add-ons such as eggs and cheese), and dressing. If you want to add some protein, there are also different kinds of meat and fish toppings you can choose from.
Drinks wise, GOOD LIFE FACTORY also offers a variety of slow juice options you can choose from, such as Beauty Charge, Green Vitamix, Homemade Lemonade, etc. The slow juice will further complement your healthy meal and bring your detox goals to the next level!
