Looking for something a little different to do during Japan's spooky season? Hilton Nagoya is getting into the Halloween spirit with a gothic-themed sweets buffet and afternoon tea, offering visitors a chance to indulge in beautifully designed desserts in an elegant, mysterious setting.

Held at InPlace 3-3 on the first floor of Hilton Nagoya, this year's theme imagines a candlelit midnight world filled with fantastical music, autumn flavors, and plenty of Halloween-inspired sweets.

The Halloween Sweets Buffet runs from October 8 to November 3, with the buffet available Thursdays through Sundays and public holidays from 3pm to 5pm. Among the desserts are a purple Mont Blanc made with Japanese chestnuts and purple sweet potato, a chocolate mousse inspired by a mysterious black cat, and a tiramisu decorated with "witch's eyes." There are also desserts featuring chestnuts, pumpkin, pears, berries, and other autumn flavors, alongside seven savory dishes including pumpkin soup, Halloween pizza, fried chicken, and lasagna.

For those who prefer their Halloween with a touch of elegance, the Halloween Afternoon Tea is available from October 7 to November 4 on Mondays to Wednesdays, excluding public holidays and buffet days. It includes seven sweets, three savory items, Dilmah tea, and a special "Midnight Rose" drink.
