Commencing on 1 July 2016, Hong Kong Airlines will launch a twice daily direct service between Hong Kong and Narita Airport, Tokyo. Flights will depart Hong Kong at 9.15 am and 3.30 pm Hong Kong time, with the return trip departing Narita at 9.30 am and 3.55 pm Japan time.

The new Tokyo route will be operated by the Airbus A330 aircraft, with its business class cabin featuring 32 seats. As a full-service airline, passengers can enjoy the convenience of traveling with up to 20kg of checked baggage on a free-of-charge basis.

Complemented by the existing twice-daily flights to Okinawa, daily flight to Okayama, five-time weekly service to Sapporo, thrice-weekly service to Kagoshima, twice-weekly flights to Miyazaki and Kumamoto, Hong Kong Airlines will operate a total of 47 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Japan.
