Peach Airlines has long been known for cheap, no-fuss travel around Japan, and now it is giving its brand a refresh for its 15th anniversary.

The company is working with design studio nendo on a brand renewal that goes beyond a new logo. The aim is to keep its easygoing, budget-friendly approach while making the overall experience feel more consistent and considered.

The airline already connects major hubs including Narita, Kansai, Chubu, Fukuoka, and Naha, linking Japan with both domestic destinations and nearby international cities. Their business model clearly resonates with people, too, as they have carried more than 75 million passengers since launching as one of Japan's low-cost carriers. While the refresh will roll out gradually, it signals a shift toward a more polished experience without changing the budget-friendly model travelers rely on.

From April 1st, a redesigned logo will begin appearing across airports, the website, and the app. It keeps Peach's familiar circle-and-line concept but softens the look with rounded edges and wider spacing. A small leaf icon has been added as well.

Additionally, new aircraft designs are expected from Spring 2027. These will feature overlapping circular patterns across the fuselage, creating a sense of movement and variety. The color palette combines Peach's signature pink with softer beige tones, giving a brighter but more balanced look. The well-known pink tail and cabin accents will remain.

Designer Oki Sato of nendo describes the concept as a balance between structure and lightness, aiming for something that feels both reliable and approachable. In practice, it is still very much Peach, just with a calmer and slightly more refined finish.
