Yoga offers a multitude of health benefits for both the body and the mind, from improving flexibility, strength, and balance through to promoting stress reduction and relaxation. The Chiba Yoga Festival is set to highlight some of those benefits, and the event will include yoga classes for beginners all the way through to advanced yoga practitioners, food trucks selling a variety of delicious plant-based eats, and booths with yoga-related goods available to purchase.
This is a ticketed event, with one-class passes priced at 2200 JPY, and unlimited class passes priced at 5500 JPY. Advance tickets can be organized online before the event at a slight discount.
The event is scheduled for October 22nd, but in the event of rain it will be postponed until November 5th.
Getting there
The event takes place at Sanbashi Square, which can be accessed in under 10 minutes on foot from Chibaminato Station (JR Keiyō Line and the Chiba Urban Monorail Line 1).
