Get ready for the annual X Games coming to Chiba Prefecture in spring 2022, these games promise to amp up the adrenaline. Whether you’re a novice to action sports or a long-time fan, the highly anticipated X Games are being held for the first time in Japan from April 22nd to 24th 2022!

X Games

Showcasing athletic skills in skateboarding, BMX, and motocross, the X Games have been bringing excitement to action sports fans since 1995. Organized, produced, and broadcasted by ESPN, winners can expect to win medals and prize money.

With so much on the line, the X Games are often the best place to see the newest and most innovative tricks. Some fan-favorite athletes are expected to show up—Cocona Hiraki, Sky Brown, and Sakura Yosozumi, who all won Olympic medals in 2020 at the Tokyo Women’s Skateboarding Park.

Tickets

Tickets went on sale on March 1, 2022, and are being sold via the E Plus event page, Ticket Pia, and O-Chike at Lawson.

These X Games will be the first held in Japan and are sure to set off a chain reaction in extreme-sports popularity. Be sure to get your tickets as soon as possible so that you don't miss out.

ZOZOMARINE STADIUM

The venue for the 2022 X Games, ZOZO has been host to some spectacular events—including Lady Gaga concerts and the annual Summer Sonic Festival. The stadium holds a whopping 30,000 people. Taking less than one hour to reach from Tokyo Station, ZOZO is easily accessible for all those excited to see the X Games.
