Marina Hop entertainment complex

Marina Hop is located in Kannon, on Hiroshima Bay, a bit far from the city center.

Everything in the area resembles American culture; especially Hawaii and Miami.

The place can get a little crowded during the weekend. However, the rest of the week, it is practically deserted.

In the amusement park you will find a large ferris wheel, a small roller coaster and other mechanical rides.

It's a great place to spend a day out with kids.

This ferris wheel is the largest in Hiroshima and its visible from every spot in Marina Hop.

During the summer months, there is a small inflatable pool with water pistols for visitors to play with.

Among the many clothing stores, there is an aquarium-like shop with sharks and other sea animals.

Everything in Marina Hop, as its name suggest, resembles the ocean.

One of the stores offers used clothes, including military uniforms.

The bus stop is just outside the shopping complex.
