After drawing over 150,000 visitors at its previous locations, Kobe Hankyu will host the final stop of the highly anticipated SPY×FAMILY Exhibition from December 19, 2024, to January 8, 2025. Based on the popular manga by Tatsuya Endo, SPY×FAMILY has captivated audiences since 2019 with its blend of espionage, family drama, and humor.
The exhibition is supervised by Endo himself, and offers a deep dive into the characters, scenes, and storylines of the series. Visitors will encounter a variety of immersive displays, including life-size characters, three-dimensional structures, and video exhibits. Some of the highlights include a recreated Forger family living room, a giant projection mapping display showcasing Anya's 100 different expressions, and a WISE headquarters experience where visitors take on the role of spies investigating the Forger family.
Additional special features include the Making of SPY×FAMILY exhibit, displaying storyboards and setting materials for the first time in Japan, along with a designated photo spot featuring the Forger family’s iconic designer chairs.
For those looking for a souvenir from their visit, over 100 exclusive SPY×FAMILY goods will be available for purchase — original brochures, plush toys, and a die-cut pouch featuring Anya's face are just some of the options to choose from.
The exhibition is open daily from 10am until 8pm, with some adjusted hours around the New Year. Tickets are priced at 1600 JPY for adults, 1300 JPY for high school students, 800 JPY for junior high students, and 300 JPY for elementary students. Slight discounts are available if you purchase tickets in advance. For more information, visit the official Kobe Hankyu website.
