Spring isn't the only time of year to enjoy colorful seasonal blooms in Japan - autumn packs a punch, too! Kagawa's Sanuki Mannou Park hosts their annual Aki Irodori Festa from mid-September through until early November, and the event showcases the beauty of pink cosmos and red kochia bushes.
In total, you'll find around 300,000 cosmos plants in eight varieties, and approximately 6000 kochia bushes. For those wanting to catch the kochia in their trademark vibrant red hue, aim for around mid-October.
