Winter illuminations are always a popular event throughout Japan. We can see and enjoy illuminations here and there.
Kagawa's Sanuki Manno Park is the only state-run park in the prefecture, and it hosts various events throughout the year including a range of flower festivals. During the colder months, the park is home to 'Winter Fantasy', a large-scale illumination event that takes on a different theme annually.
