Every so often at a skating rink, a horn sounds to clear off the skaters and let the Zamboni machine come on and resurface the ice to a shiny, clean slate. There's something magical about seeing the ice as smooth as glass, like a blank piece of paper with unlimited possibilities. The Art Rink, set up near Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse, is open during the winter months for people of all ages to come and draw lines all over its fresh surface.
