The Odawara Flower Garden is home to a wide array of roses, with somewhere around 360 rose bushes covering 160 varieties for visitors to enjoy. While the flowers are at their peak, the Spring Rose Festa is held – and best of all, the event offers free admission.
Along with the myriad of flowers to enjoy, the event will include flower-themed workshops (primarily on weekends), sales of rose seedlings, and other souvenirs available for purchase.
Whether you're a rose lover or just appreciate beautiful destinations during spring, this event is worth checking out.
The Odawara Flower Garden is located approximately 20 minutes on foot from Iidaoka Station, which is served by the Izu Hakone Railway's Daiyuzan Line. Please note that it is an uphill walk.
For those who opt to drive, the venue is around 15 minutes from the Odawara Higashi Interchange on Odawara Atsugi Road. Free on-site parking is available for around 150 vehicles.
