Sitting on top of a steep hill above Yokohama’s Motomachi-Chukagai Station is the affluent Yamate-Bluff neighborhood. For most visitors this is a popular spot during anytime of the year boasting many impressive 19th Century Style European houses along with the prominent Foreigners' Cemetery - a key Yokohama landmark.
During the cherry blossom season (from late March to early April), this picturesque area is covered in a beautiful sea of pink colors, creating a truly magical spectacle.
With several cafes and teahouses providing a good vantage point, this is probably one of the best places to see Yokohama during this colorful season
