Kodoji in Kyoto

Beautiful old temple on Teramachi Street

Located on Teramachi Street, about five minutes walk from Oike Street, Kodoji was originally part of a temple complex called Gyouganji, and is called by either name. If you walk along Teramachi Street you can also enjoy seeing the quaint antique stores, book shops and restaurants in that area.
