Let’s face it, it’s hot in Okinawa. Why not cool off under the sea? The Pacific Okinawa Players brings you Disney’s “The Little Mermaid Jr” opening this week. The story is the classic tale about a beautiful princess who lives in an underwater kingdom with her father, King Triton. Princess Ariel longs to explore land but she’ll have to defy her father, overcome the Sea Witch, Ursula, and prove to Prince Eric that it was her voice that he heard and fell in love with.
The production is made up of more than 40 talented cast and crew members. The play will take place on the following dates: May 18th, Friday, 7 PM, May 19th, Saturday, 2 PM & 7 PM, May 20th, Sunday, 2 PM, May 25th, Friday, 7:30 PM, May 26th, Saturday, 2 PM & 7 PM, May 27th, Sunday, 2 PM. The show will be held at the MCCS Community Center on Camp Foster.
