Need a budget hotel while on Okinawa? Rainbow Weekly Monthly Mansion is a convenient choice while staying in Okinawa. Okinawa is a great place to visit, and it is one of the most popular vacation destinations in Japan. The typical resort hotel can eat your budget up in no time. Why not rent an affordable mansion at weekly or monthly rates and save money! This place is centrally located between Shurijo Castle and downtown Naha city, making site seeing an easy task.

I think the rooms are a bit small, but if you've ever traveled in Japan most of the hotel rooms are a bit tight for the average foreigner. However the rooms offer all the basic conveniences required at a budget rate, and the view from the room allows you an awesome panorama of the city. I have had friends stay here when visiting and they were quite pleased with the service and location. Since it's close to the downtown there is a bit city "hustle and bustle" in the area.

If you are keen on trying an Okinawan restaurant and bar (izakaya) there are many easily accessible in the area - they are very cheap and delicious! This is a family run business so the service and support is very friendly. One of the nice value added services about this mansion is the fact they will include a rental car with your stay! It's like a one stop budget shop for accommodations and transport. And of course, most people like to enjoy scuba diving while on Okinawa; you can help arrange diving, water sports, and other fun activities during your stay here.

Also, if you stay at Rainbow Weekly, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Shurijo Castle Park, which showcases the original site of the Shuri Castle. It was the palace of the former Ryūkyū Kingdom, but in 1945, during the Battle of Okinawa, it was almost completely destroyed. In 1992, the palace was reconstructed on the original site based on photographs, historical records, and memory. It's only 3 minutes by taxi, so don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the day touring the site. If your focus is on sightseeing and activities, and NOT paying high prices at a beach resort, this is the place to stay! Enjoy!
