If you're a gyoza lover who will be in the Osaka area in early May, be sure to stop by the Craft Gyoza Fes at Osaka Castle Park's Sun Plaza (Taiyo-no-Hiroba). The event is set to include a variety of gyoza types for attendees to purchase, including wagyu-filled gyoza from Saga Prefecture, and bite-sized gyoza from Hakata in Fukuoka Prefecture. The full menu lineup will be available on the official event website soon.
Admission to the event itself is free, but bring yen if you plan on doing some gyoza sampling.
Note: For those not in the Osaka area, there will be sister events taking place in Tokyo and Hiroshima around the same timeframe.
Getting there
