One of the most popular brands of beer in Japan, Kirin Brewery, was founded in Yokohama, Kanagawa. It is one of the top four breweries in Japan and opened a" "Kirin Village" ".

Yokohama Hammerhead is a multi-function complex that includes a mall, hotel and cruise pier. The facility is a short walk from Bashamichi Station near Minato Mirai. The Interactive Instant Noodle Museum (Cup Noodles Museum) in Yokohama is dedicated to instant noodles and cup noodles. The museum was opened by the company Nissin Food, whose founder Momofuku Ando invented instant noodles in 1958 as a quick and convenient food shown using a combination of bizarre exhibits and practical workshops. A short film about the history of noodles is shown and there is also a visual timeline of instant noodle products from around the world. Nissin also created space ramen for astronauts. The most popular is the workshop where visitors can make their own cup noodles. Here, flavors and numerous additional options can be combined. There is also a playground for children and a noodle bazaar that looks like an Asian market at night. Various pasta dishes from around the world are served here and you can try a variety of flavors.
