From 8th November 2024, Shibuya's Parco will host “DEATH STRANDING 5th Anniversary Exhibition & Popup” to celebrate the global hit game Death Stranding by Kojima Productions.
The Shibuya event will see:
- An exhibition space hosted on Parco's B1F Exhibition Hall, featuring a recreated “Distribution Center” from the game, rare production archives, and a photo spot with Kojima Productions’ mascot, Ludens (Until Nov 18th 2024).
- A pop-up store (5F) will be selling exclusive merchandise, including a collaboration with streetwear brand Brain Dead and new Kojima Productions goods (Until Nov 25th 2024).
- At the unique Kome to Circus (Rice & Circus) izakaya on the B1F floor, enjoy a limited-time menu inspired by items from the game.
The limited time event will be touring other major cities in Japan as follows:
- Tokyo (Shibuya): Nov 8th–18th
(5F store until Nov 25th) - Nagoya: Jan 17th–Feb 3rd
- Osaka: Feb 7th–17th
Note that the opening weekend (Nov 8th–10th) will require advance registration.
Limited merchandise
Exclusive merchandise featuring Death Stranding’s 5th-anniversary logo, designed with Hideo Kojima’s actual handprint, as well as iconic in-game landscapes and characters, will be available at the Shibuya PARCO 5F Popup Space.
Additionally, a special collaboration with LA-based streetwear brand Brain Dead will debut at the event. These items will be sold first at Shibuya PARCO and later at Brain Dead Studios Harajuku.
