A Buddhist sign of beauty in Ōsu

In Central Nagoya, close by to the City Science Museum and City Art Museum in Shirakawa Park, lays the Osu Kannon temple. Originally built in the 1200s, it was moved from its original site of Gifu in 1612 and stands as an idyllic old building, surrounded by modern convenience and a shopping mall. As one of the major sites in Nagoya, it's a breathtakingly large temple to bear witness to.
