Izumi Bridge is the center of attraction at Izumi Nature Park in Chiba City. With each season brings dramatic changes to its natural surroundings. But, one thing is certain. Izumi suspension bridge is the highlight of the park whether strolling above or below. Spanning 64.4 meters over the pond, its vivid, primary green and orange colors make for a photographers delight, especially during fall foliage viewing.
Getting there
To access Izumi Bridge at Izumi Nature Park, take the “Flower Bus” bound for Nakano Soshajo (Nakano Switchyard) and get off at Izumi Koen Iriguchi (Izumi Park Entrance). 10-minute walk. If traveling by car, a visitor parking lot is available for a day rate of 400yen between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm.
