The floors above form concentric circles which are amplified by the lights.

This is the view from the bottom of the mall. The mall has two basement floors. This was photograph was taken from B2.

The lighting and smooth walls give this space a futuristic look.

The elevators are designed like capsules with black and white striped ends.

Looking down from the top floor tends to make one dizzy.

Everything seemed to have a clean and smooth design.

The roof of the building from the terrace. The terrace has some good restaurants. The light coming in from the top makes it feel like you are sitting outside.

The lights in the elevetors were especially futuristic.

IMS (Inter Media Station) is a shopping mall located a three minute walk from Tenjin Station. It has a wide range of upmarket shops and restaurants. Admittedly I did not go to IMS for the shopping but rather for the futuristic architecture of the building. The sheer scale of this building makes me a little dizzy. Go down to the basement floor and look up at the ceiling for an amazing view. The fourteen floors of the building form concentric circles when viewed from this angle. I went to view the building during the day; however, I think night time may be even better when all the lights come on.
