Momijidani Park is beautiful year round, but imagine how much MORE beautiful it was on a beautiful day in late November when its Japanese Maples were at their peak. Gorgeous! The park was crowded, but that was okay - everyone was looking up, up, up at the colorful leaves. Stay and have a picnic, or just enjoy strolling through. Or keep walking through the park until you come to the ropeway that will take you halfway up to Mt. Misen.
