Welcome to Kobe!
Not many people seem to travel to the peaceful and calm city of Kobe, though more should make the effort to visit.
Harborland is situated close to the JR Kobe station or the Kosoku Kobe station. In this area, you will find a lot of hotels as well as a lot of other places of interest.
The road to that mini wonderland goes close to the Embankment where you can see a wonderful view of modern Japan. The road may be quite long, but it is very romantic, especially in the evening. On that road, you will a lot of buskers performing on the streets. This leisurely stroll will be nice if you have just arrived in Japan and you want to stretch your legs after the flight. In the Harborland area, you will find a lot of cafes and therefore a romantic evening ahead of you. But if you are not in the mood to spend a lot of money, you could always make have a picnic in this area. If you don't suffer from seasickness, do not forget to ride some of the ships that leave the port.
