Sunset at Osanbashi Pier, Yokohama

Easy access, wide open view, and photogenic scenery!

Osanbashi Pier is one of the nicest sunset spots in Japan. Easy access, wide open view, photogenic surroundings, and no entrance fee! These are photos from my visit there on a warm night in mid-June. Couples and friends are enjoying the transition of the beautiful orange sky minute by minute. Sunset hunters are enchanted with the beautiful sun-ray road on the water. And a model for a commercial shot is posing against the Minato Mirai skyline. After being satisfied with the breathtaking sunset show, you can take a stroll through Yokohama’s romantic bay area. Both Chinatown and the Kannai district are within walking distance. An index of this series is here.
