Rouge Blanc is a bakery and cafe situated in the heart of Minami Uonuma's snow country region. The bakery serves up a host of tasty treats, both sweet and savory, and their creations are aesthetically pleasing too.
Of particular appeal are their Anpanman and Doraemon custard filled breads, which are a hit with the kids (and kids at heart). There are a number of tables where you can sit and enjoy what you've purchased, and there are high chairs for little ones if needed. On clear days, the large windows by the seating area give some spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
You'll also find some small handicrafts available for purchase throughout the store.
