The Moomin Comic Strips Exhibition is traveling across the country, and it makes its way to the Okayama City Museum from March 20th until May 9th 2021. The event will showcase around 280 drawings and sketches of this much-loved troll family, many of which have not been displayed in Japan before.
The admission price for the special exhibition has not yet been determined - the details will be updated on the official website closer to the event's commencement.
After the Okayama session of the event, the exhibition will move onto the Fukuoka Prefectural Museum of Art.
The Okayama City Museum is located three minutes on foot from Okayama Station, served by the Sanyo Shinkansen, the Sanyo Main Line, the Uno Line, Kibi Line, and Tsuyama Line.
For those who plan to drive to the museum, the venue does not have a dedicated parking lot. They advise museum patrons to park at the paid lot at Okayama Station.
