Okinawa's Mihama American Village is a vibrant entertainment complex which fuses American and Japanese culture, and it's filled with retail stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and more. The venue hosts an annual illumination event at the tail end of the year, which brings twinkling lights aplenty to the area.
The festive atmosphere makes for a perfect place to enjoy a meal, or to simply stroll around and get some Christmas shopping completed.
There is no admission fee to soak up the ambience, and if you'd like to explore the lineup of stores and restaurants ahead of time you can do so on the Mihama American Village website.
