Crayon Shin-Chan is a popular Japanese manga and anime series created by Yoshito Usui, and it follows the mischievous and comical adventures of a 5-year-old boy named Shinnosuke Nohara, known as Shin-Chan. With its humorous storytelling and iconic characters, the series has gained a large fan base both in Japan and internationally, and a special exhibition coming to Osaka will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first Crayon Shin-Chan movie.
Admission to the event is priced at 1,500 yen for junior high school students and above, and 1,000 yen for children from 3 years old to elementary school age – children under 3 years of age receive free admission. Advance tickets can be organized online at a slight discount.
Getting there
The exhibition takes place on the 7th floor of the Shinsaibashi OPA mall, which has direct access to Shinsaibashi Station – take Exit 7. The station is served by the Midosuji Subway Line and the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line.
