Access

Junglia Okinawa is easily accessible by car and public transportation.

For those using a car, please note that Junglia Okinawa’s parking lot requires a reservation in advance. You can make the reservation through klook, kkday, and Trip.com. You can also use the rooftop parking at AEON Nago (a shopping mall and affiliated parking facility) for free. No reservation is required. From there, you can take the Junglia Express, a free shuttle service that does not require a reservation, to the park. The shuttle’s timetable is displayed on Junglia Okinawa’s access page.

For people without cars, Junglia Express also directly connects people to the park from popular places like Naha Airport, Naha City, the Nago City Hall Bus Stop, official hotels (excluding some), and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Some routes require advance reservations. Please review the park’s access page to find the shuttle time that works best for you.

Please note that Spa Junglia has its own parking lot. No reservation is required, and parking fees depend on the usage time. For people already in the park, there is a free spa shuttle next to the ticket booth that runs approximately every 10 minutes.

While in Okinawa I stayed at the Motobu Green-Park Hotel. The hotel is on a hilltop surrounded by a nearby golf course and the ocean. The panoramic views from the hotel were stunning. From the balcony of my room I could see the blue ocean and also Sesoko island and the bridge that connects this island with Okinawa. Seasonal rain likely curtailed a view much more breathtaking but it was still amazing.
