Glimpses of Oge Island in Naruto

A late summer stroll around Naruto-cho Tosadomariura

I spent a peaceful and pleasant couple of days in Naruto-cho Tosadomariura on Oge Island late one summer. This rural neighborhood ad the foot of the O-Naruto Bridge connecting Shikoku and Awaji Islands is given over to fishing, agriculture (mostly growing onions), and tourism. Naruto Whirlpools are just offshore, and Otsuka Museum is nearby. These photos were taken over an afternoon of exploration. I like the atmosphere of this place!
