Bunko Forest Park

A little block of beauty

Just across the street from the beautiful Togoshi Park, Bunko Forest Park is much humbler by comparison. It's still got a lot going for it, however. It is the home of an incredibly beautiful pond landscaped in Japanese style, with an interestingly-shaped bridge running over the top. There are flower gardens, quiet places to sit, and age-old trees spread out overhead. While not a major tourist spot, this is a fantastic park to take a book, a camera, or just wander through on a sunny day.

Bunko Forest Park is about a 6-minute walk from Togoshi-koen Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line.
