When Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone initially entered theaters across the globe, Diagon Alley served as watchers’ first look into the magical Wizarding World.

The cobblestone street lined with old-timey storefronts and unique wares is one of the franchise’s most celebrated sets. From cauldrons to quills to capes to broomsticks, Diagon Alley is stocked with everything a witch or wizard might need.

Originally created for Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the Diagon Alley set appeared in almost all eight movies and was reused as Hogsmeade in the third installment.

At Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo, follow the footsteps of Harry Potter, and wander down this nostalgic street. Admire iconic shops such as Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, Gringotts Wizarding Bank, Olivanders, and Flourish & Blotts. The colorful, crooked and twisted buildings magically enhance the whimsical vibes of this much-loved shopping street.

Each storefront was painstakingly crafted by the movies’ original set and prop designers and showcases their unparalleled attention to detail—from aged stonework to hand blown glass bottles to hand-painted signage.

The set is a perfect place to experience the magic of both the movies and Harry Potter!
