The Jindai Botanical Garden (神代植物公園 Jindai shokubutsu kōen) is at the edge of the Musashino plateau just above Jindaiji Temple in Chōfu, Tokyo. It extends across 425,433 square meters, and each of its thirty areas features varieties of one kind of plant.

The garden has 100,000 trees and shrubs representing approximately 4,500 varieties and is the first botanical garden to open in Tokyo. Currently the Japanese Rose is in full bloom. The landscape as far as the eye can see is sprinkled with colorful Japanese roses. The garden also has a huge greenhouse that has a variety of tropical plants, cacti, and a lily pond.
