Pixar Animation Studios, the award winning creative force behind beloved films such as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Inside Out, has long captured audiences worldwide with its storytelling and groundbreaking animation. For visitors traveling to Japan this spring, a new exhibition in Tokyo offers the chance to step directly into the worlds of these iconic films.

The globally popular Pixar World Exhibition, also known as the Mundo Pixar Experience, will open at CREVIA BASE Tokyo in Toyosu from March 20th to May 31st, 2026. After touring nine cities across seven countries including Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, Seoul, and London, and attracting more than 3.5 million visitors, the immersive exhibition is making its Tokyo debut.

The event features large scale recreations of memorable scenes from the studio's films, where visitors can explore detailed sets and encounter more than 24 life size characters from Pixar classics as well as newer favorites. Designed to place guests at the center of each story, the exhibition offers an interactive experience that highlights the warmth, imagination, and emotional depth that define Pixar's work.

The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 am to 8:50 pm, with extended hours on select dates, and is generally closed on Mondays.

Advance tickets go on sale from 10:00 am on February 20th, 2026 through the official ticketing website. For families, film fans, and travelers seeking a unique cultural experience, the Pixar World Exhibition promises a memorable journey into some of animation's most beloved stories.

CREVIA BASE Tokyo is located just a short walk from Shijo-mae Station, which is served by the Yurikamome Line.
