Yamanashi's Fuji Motosuko Resort is home to one of the best events on the spring flower calendar in Japan – the Fuji Shibazakura Festival. The same venue is hosting a summer event for the first time this year, which promises colorful rows of floral beauty for guests to enjoy.
The Rainbow Flower Festival will showcase a variety of blooms in different shades, from begonias and ageratum through to zinnias and salvia.

Dedicated photo spots will also be set up at the event, including a vibrant yellow door which opens up to a stunning view of Mount Fuji on clear days.

Admission to the event is priced at ¥800 for adults (counted as anyone junior high school aged and above), and ¥250 for children over 3 years of age.
