Soy Sauce and Gyoza

Soy sauce is an irreplaceable addition to Asian cuisine and our tour takes an in-depth visit to a famous soy sauce brewery. Experience with us first-hand as we create our own soy sauce guided by artisans who have been crafting sauce for generations.

We will continue the tasty tour by pairing our freshly made soy sauce with another of the area’s most famous food products, Hamamatsu Gyoza. We will create and taste our own tasty dumplings as we are assisted by local experts. See what makes Hamamatsu Gyoza unique from its history and creation to its pairing with locally grown ingredients.

Along with soy sauce and gyoza, we'll take a look at a few other famous food products from this unique coastal city in Shizuoka, Japan.
