This October, Komatsu's historic Natadera Temple will once again glow with light, art, and autumn color as NAKED Night Walk™ Ishikawa Natadera returns for a limited run. On Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays from October 3rd to October 26th, 2025 (plus the Sports Day national holiday on Monday, October 13th), visitors can step into an after-dark journey blending local culture, stone heritage, and cutting-edge illumination.
Produced by creative studio NAKED, INC., the event transforms the National Scenic Spot Kigan Yusenkyo and the temple's historic grounds into an immersive experience that goes beyond traditional night illuminations. Projection mapping on natural rock formations, lighting displays on the temple gate, approach, and three-story pagoda, and interactive lantern art will invite guests to explore the theme of Komatsu as the "Town of Stone."

For those seeking something extra, VIP admission offers guided access to normally closed cultural treasures, such as the nationally designated Kuri Garden. Accommodation-linked VIP packages provide an even more exclusive look into some of the temple's hidden spaces.
Tickets are priced from 2,000 JPY for adults (1,000 JPY for children), with lantern rentals, workshops, and experience sets available at an extra cost.
