To welcome in the new year, Oita's Harmonyland theme park is hosting a fun-filled event that's perfect for the young and young-at-heart.

Their New Year's Party 2022 extravaganza will run from December 27th until January 7th, and it's set to include performances from Sanrio characters like Badtz-Maru and Keroppi, a New Year's lottery event with the opportunity to win various prizes, limited-edition New Year's merchandise available for purchase, a themed New Year's menu at the on-site restaurant, and more.

Harmonyland is located approximately a 30 minute drive from either Beppu Station or Oita Airport respectively. If you're headed to Harmonyland via public transportation, the closest stations are either Kitsuki Station or Yokoku Station on the JR Nippo Main Line. From either station, Harmonyland is approximately a 10 minute taxi ride away.
