There are many high shelves where the cats can go for some alone time

This silver tabby cat was a favourite among the visitors that day

The main room on the 5th floor where you will find most of the cats.

This cat café is hidden away in the centre of Shinjuku and may take some patience to find. However, if you persevere through the crowds and bright lights, the outcome is thoroughly enjoyable. On entering the café you will be provided with some rules to read and then proceed to wash your hands. After this you are on your way to making some feline friends. I would suggest buying some cat food provided at the café to ensure some quality time with the cats. They have many different breeds to suit the tastes of any cat lover, as well as a book with the bio's of each cat.
