One of the great aspects of Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa is its impressive Japanese Garden. This beautifully landscaped 20,000 ㎡ garden was designed by Mr. Teiji Kusuoka, a famous garden designer who also worked on the construction of the new Imperial Palace. The garden is located in the center of three Prince Hotels, two Grand Prince Hotels (Takanawa and New Takanawa) and the Prince Sakura Tower. I visited this garden at the end of 2014. There were still colorful autumn leaves there, perhaps due to the warm weather. The garden also has many beautiful cherry trees. In spring between mid March and mid April, a Sakura Festival will be held. The entrance is free. Even if you are not a hotel guest, you can enjoy exploring this beautiful garden!
