Latest on Tokyo Tower

The Tokyo Skytree was opened to general public in 2012. However, Tokyo Tower, built in post-war Japan as an observation and transmission tower, still attracts many visitors by itself. Its unique location in the center of the city, proximity to the hip area of Roppongi Hills and the beautiful illumination in the evenings make it an important tourist spot. The Skytree may have replaced the Tokyo Tower as a transmissions tower, but it still continues to have its place in our hearts, for visitors and long time Tokyo residents alike.

Travelling to various places and locations in Japan for over 20 years now, I want to share my experiences and also hear about destinations that I still have not been to in the land of the rising sun. Am a photography enthusiast and love to do slow shutter blue hour photography in Tokyo.
