Disney Harvest Market

Disney-themed dishes that are healthy to boot

Many would agree that Japan's attention to detail when it comes to food preparation is unparalleled, and the wide variety of adorable themed cafes across the country is evidence of this. One such destination is Tokyo's Disney Harvest Market, which is located in the Shibuya Hikarie multi-purpose facility.

Along with being beautifully presented, the dishes at Disney Harvest Market place an emphasis on health and nutrition. Their regular menu includes the likes of a layered vegetable gratin served with low-carb bread and a side salad, hummus with crudités, and even healthified strawberry and banana oatmeal pancakes topped with a yogurt cream sauce. You can explore the entire grand menu in full before your visit here.

Part of what makes a trip here so much fun is that they often have limited-time menus alongside their standard offerings. This summer, for instance, they're serving up a festival-themed menu inspired by Disney favorites Donald Duck and Goofy. Guests can choose from an afternoon tea set (¥ 3,960 per head), a kakigori-style panna cotta (¥ 1,980), and even drinks inspired by the colors of the two popular characters.

Reservations are required for the venue, and they can be arranged via the Disney Harvest Market website here.

Getting there

Disney Harvest Market is located on the 7th floor of the Shibuya Hikarie building. The venue has direct connectivity to Shibuya Station, which is served by various lines including the JR Yamanote Line, the Keio Inokashira Line, and the Tokyo Metro's Ginza, Hanzomon, and Fukutoshin lines.

For those who opt to drive, on-site parking is available – it's charged at a rate of ¥ 300 yen per 30 minutes om weekdays, and ¥ 400 per 30 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Some facilities within Shibuya Hikarie validate parking, so bring your ticket in with you.
