Following on from a hyper-successful springtime cherry blossom event, digital art collective NAKED will be collaborating with Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden this autumn for a fall foliage illumination you shouldn't miss.
The NAKED Autumn Leaves Shinjuku Gyoen event will take place from late November through to early December, and is set to include projection mapping displays around Naka-no-Ike Pond, illuminations at the park's Momijiyama (maple mountain) area, and the famous NAKED distance lanterns®︎ depicting motifs of maple, ginkgo, and plane tree leaves.
Ticket sales are set to open from late October, with prices not yet released at the time of writing the article. Updates should be posted on the official event website closer to that timeframe.
Please note that the event hours are from 6pm until 10pm, with last entries at 9pm. Make sure to leave plenty of time so you can explore the grounds thoroughly!
