From Friday December 16 until Christmas Day, Tokyo ArtComplex Center in Shinjuku is holding a Christmas exhibition, displaying works of art by fifty of the city's artists.
On a quiet side street near Shinjuku Park, the ArtComplex Center is a building full of galleries, allowing artists to showcase their work in a number of small rooms, with one large exhibition space in the basement.
On Saturday 17th there'll be a reception party, and on Saturday 24th a Christmas party, with many of the artists in attendance. Both will run from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and both are free to attend.
This is a good opportunity for art fans to see what's Tokyo's new young artists have to offer in a dedicated and intimate setting.
