An idyllic temple in the middle of nowhere

When I was strolling in my neighborhood the other day I noticed a small forest standing out in the middle of vast rice fields. Intrigued, I walked closer to it and found that it was a temple, surrounded by tall trees in the middle of nowhere. The temple is called 'Anrakuji', literally, the temple of peace, and belongs to the school of Jodo Shinshu. From the ancient look of some tomb stones on the premises, I would say this temple must have a long history, but unfortunately I couldn't get any information of it. However, the place was so serene and beautiful, and I enjoyed just being there and was glad to have found it. The garden itself is simple yet beautiful.
