A Winter Day at Hasedera Temple

Beat the crowds during winter in Kamakura

Though it can be a little chilly, winter is an excellent season to visit Hasedera Temple in Kamakura. The crowds are significantly smaller (almost nonexistent), and the skies are often clear, meaning great views of the Sagami Bay. Take a quiet moment to soak in some of Japan's ancient culture, and don't forget to enjoy some dango!
