Makuhari Messe is one of Japan's largest convention centers and is located in the Mihama district of Chiba City, near Tokyo. In addition to several trade fairs and exhibitions, it is often a concert venue and is also intended to host various sporting events as part of the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Makuhari Messe is easily reached by public transportation from the Tokyo region and the surrounding prefectures. The site is a five-minute walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station on the JR Keiyo line. Keisei Bus 01 also serves the venue, dropping passengers at Makuhari Messe Chuo bus stop.

Inage Seaside Park is a white-sand beach. Abutting Inage Seaside Park is the Park Pool area, a popular summertime escape. There is also a nearby harbor called Diamond Fuji, popular for sunset walks. At Inage Seaside Park Pool, guests can enjoy fourteen types of pools and slides. Float lazily along the going-around-pool or try something a little more fast-paced like their water slides or large wave pool. For safety checks, guests are asked to leave the pools once every hour—but there’s still plenty to see, enjoy, and eat.
